    If you have an appointment at a Lexington Medical Center doctor's office and are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, please inform office staff of these symptoms when you arrive for your appointment.  During your upcoming appointment, we require you to wear a face covering.  Learn how to make your own cloth face coverings at cdc.gov or scdhec.gov.  If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.   We have recently updated our visitation policy.  Click here for more information.

    COVID-19 Testing
    As a reminder, LMC continues to offer appointments for free COVID-19 testing. Drive-thru testing is available at the following location:
    West Columbia Summerplace Dr.
    If you are experiencing symptoms, you can also contact your primary care provider to make an appointment.

    COVID-19 Test Results
    Due to an increase in testing volume and the holidays, results are available in approximately 48 hours. Results will be available in your MyChart account. You will receive a notification when results are available. Please do not contact your testing location or outpatient lab to inquire about test results.
